Returns and Exchanges
We will work with you to return or exchange items. We understand that buying online doesn't provide the 'in-person experience'. That is why we provide up to 14 days of receiving the item to make a decision.
If you receive an item that is flawed, defective, or you receive it and it doesn't meet the 5 STAR status, please reach out to us to work through an exchange or return. All items returned must me in original and unused condition.
Processing and Shipping Time
All items are made as they are received in my studio. We take great pride in providing quality products for everyone and want to ensure you receive the best item as timely as possible.
CURRENT Processing time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted, and if we have it ready made, it will ship even faster.
We ship First Class through USPS, and currently the USPS states that most packages will arrive in 3 days. With all USPS shipping, tracking is provided for you to check the tracking details through Etsy or USPS directly. Please note during holidays and peak shipping times, delays will occur and this is out of our hands once it is with USPS. We will work with you to find your package if possible.
Sizing details
Clothing - all sizing for children's clothing runs true to size. The designs of our clothing line are cut for room to grow and be a kid, so they provide comfort, style and fit for extended time.
Scrub Hats - all scrub hats are a one size fits most... from petite to XL. We highly encourage your to contact us If you have questions or find that an order does not fit well, please contact me directly to work through it.

I got two scrub caps in the ponytail style. One with the ties attached and one with the tie separate. Here's the review for the one w the ties attached. First off, I love how much roomier the ponytail style is than the original scrub cap. There's plenty of room for long thick hair. And the cap says in place perfectly for a full shift. I work in the cath lab so I'm always taking my lead on and off. Never had to mess with it. The ties were nice because it made it so you could make the head part of the caps as loose or tight as you want while really securing it. I always have my hair in a low bun and this style was perfect for it. I ended up liking it way more than I thought I would since I haven't had this style before. And with the ties attached you'll never lose them in your locker or the washer. I'll buy this style again.
